through the roof = （値段などが）とんでもなく高い・高騰している

Small world = 世間は狭いね！（意外な場所で知り合いに会って）
Sure, one sec... oh no. I'm a little short.
I'm a little short = （お金が）ちょっと足りない
No biggie. I'll pay. Just send me half.
